Sleep is an essential part of our body’s development and have been the best way to recuperate whenever we are weary. However, for some of us, it has been so hard to sleep. There are a lot of factors that can hinder us from sleeping, such as but not limited to noise, environment, stressful problems and so on. This is why we sometimes need to make our room a safe haven. But what really is the ideal sleeping environment? As everydayhealth said:
Sleeping in a cool, quiet, and dark room is ideal. You can use a ceiling or oscillating fan to create both a quiet and cool environment. The fan will move air in the room to keep you cool and it will also produce “white noise” to help mask the ambient sounds that may wake you up at night. A number of electronic gadgets are also available to produce white noise. You can use black out shades to eliminate early morning light. Turn off your cell phones at night so that any emails or texts you receive will not disturb your sleep. If you have pets that sleep in your bed or in your room at night, think about putting them out, especially if they seek attention.

Top Two Choices
As a child I have been dreaming of owning the best quality mattress that I can find. As I grew into an adult and finally had a place of my own, I went on to the nearest store to shop. However, it was to my surprise that there are a lot of competitors and I was not able to purchase one. I went back home to do a bit of research Based on my research about top quality mattresses, I’ve narrowed it down to two competitors, Leesa and Helix mattress. There are of course pros and cons about these mattresses and this website actually help me choose the one that I have right now: Helix vs Leesa Mattress
In the review from Mattress Battle. You will find that these two mattresses generally have great qualities. Personally though, I chose helix because I wanted to have a customized bed.
